Track Your Order
Track your Dr. Groot order easily and stay updated on your delivery status. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
How to Track Your Order
To track your order, you'll need your order number and the email address used when placing the order. You can find your order number in the confirmation email we sent after your purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with:
- Your tracking number
- A link to track your package
- Estimated delivery date
- Shipping carrier information
Order Status Updates
Your order status will be updated at each stage:
- Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment
- Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way
- In Transit: Your package is with the carrier and on route to you
- Out for Delivery: Your package is scheduled for delivery today
- Delivered: Your package has been delivered
