Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at contact@drgroothair.online with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer service team

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Process your refund within 5-10 business days
  • Issue the refund to your original payment method
  • Send you an email confirmation when the refund has been processed

Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Items that have been used or opened (unless defective)
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items without proof of purchase
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@drgroothair.online. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted
